一、什么是充電樁

二(er)、充電(dian)樁(zhuang)的產(chan)業(ye)鏈,主(zhu)要分為設備(bei)(bei)生產(chan)商和(he)充電(dian)運營(ying)商。2.1充電(dian)樁(zhuang)設備(bei)(bei)本身并沒(mei)有太高的技術含量,標(biao)準(zhun)統(tong)一(yi),兼容性(xing)好,質(zhi)量穩(wen)定(ding),施(shi)工(gong)得(de)當(dang)就可以。競爭差異主(zhu)要體(ti)現在所生產(chan)設備(bei)(bei)的穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)、成本的控(kong)制、品牌口碑和(he)招(zhao)投(tou)標(biao)能(neng)力。2.2充電(dian)運營(ying)則關系很多方面(mian)。
充電(dian)(dian)(dian)運營的(de)基本盈利模(mo)式有(you):服(fu)務費(fei)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)力差價、增值(zhi)服(fu)務,還有(you)即將(jiang)出臺的(de)國(guo)家(jia)補貼。作為(wei)一個新興的(de)行業(ye),又是涉足國(guo)家(jia)管控的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力行業(ye),服(fu)務費(fei)和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)價都受到(dao)國(guo)家(jia)指(zhi)導,無(wu)法自由定價,補貼幾何(he)也未(wei)見具體數目,增值(zhi)服(fu)務的(de)空間(jian)和(he)(he)各種(zhong)商業(ye)拓展依然在摸索中,所以雖(sui)然大量的(de)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁正在快速(su)建設(she)中,但(dan)這個充電(dian)(dian)(dian)運營這個行業(ye)本身卻充滿了各種(zhong)不確定性。
目前(qian)有四(si)種建設運(yun)營模(mo)式:政府主導(dao)(dao)、企業(ye)主導(dao)(dao)、混合模(mo)式、眾籌模(mo)式。
1)政府主導是(shi)(shi)由政府投資,運(yun)(yun)營。優點是(shi)(shi)推進(jin)力(li)度強(qiang),缺(que)點是(shi)(shi)財政壓力(li)大,運(yun)(yun)營效(xiao)率低下,不(bu)一(yi)定適應(ying)市(shi)場化(hua)。
2)企業主導是由企業投資運營,與電動車銷售,充電樁生產搭配。優點是運營管理效率高,缺點是缺乏統一管理,可能產生無序競爭。3)混合模式是由政府參與扶持,企業負責建設。優點是能使政府和企業產生互補,更快推進產業發展,但缺點是受政策影響較大。4)眾籌模式是整合政府、企業、社會等多方力量共同參與。優點是能夠提高社會資源利用率,適應市場,注重用戶需求,缺點是各方利益整合有難度,最終還是要靠政策的引導。
